Would you like to learn to sew?
For anyone who wants to start sewing, the task of making your own projects can seem overwhelming. There is so much help available through social media, You-Tube videos and on-line classes, but often you don't know where to start. So if you would like to learn from a sewing teacher then we can help you to receive hands-on help with your unique sewing style and meet other like minded people.
We offer a range of classes at our shop amied at the beginner (also for those with a bit more sewing experience. We teach in a small class environment to ensure that you get to learn in an enjoyable and easy way.
Most of the classes are set up so that all the sewing equipment that you may need can be included such as Brother A150 sewing machines, cutting table with mats and all other tools and notions a new sewer may need are available. Each class will have requirements list of materials which we can kit for you as required.
Our aim is to offer you support to build your sewing confidence. All our teachers are inspirational and professional sewers. We want you to learn to sew and inspire you to create and express your own individuality as you learn.
We are following current COVID19 practices with a COVID Marshal present at all class and the class area and equipment is washed and sanitized after each class. Sanitizer is present on entry to the shop, the counter, on the class table and in the bathroom.
