Card classses with Helen from Kaszazz

Curious about card making? Come and join the fun with Helen from Kaszazz, who will teach you how to make 3 cardss during the class. All materials for the 3 cards are included in the price. If the card making bug sets in you can purchase items from Kaszazz.

First Thursday of the month.  2.00pm  - 4.00pm.    $20-$25 per class.  Materials supplied by Helen.

Machine Embroidery

Do you want to expand your sewing machine embroidery knowledge base? We've created an exclusive day designed to help you develop your skills and inspire you on the road to high-level craftsmanship. Embroider like a pro in no time as you learn in comfort under the guidance of Kim. Each project will be complete in class. There is no limit to what you can create and do with your machine.

Saturday 10am-1pm.  $15 per class.

NEW Saturday Quilt class

In this class, you can enjoy learning some new skills or brush up on your quilting skills by making some projects for yourself or for gifts. Bring along the patterns you have always wanted to make or your unfinished projects and enjoy working on them with help. If you need inspiration, then make a sampler quilt to learn different techniques.

Every third Saturday of the month 10am-3.30pm. $30 per class.

Scan N Cut 

Back by popular demand- Scan N Cut classes! Because there is just SO MUCH that this machine can do- we all want to know how to do more with it. And these classes will show you how. You will be amazed at how much this machine can do- just look at the class schedule! This new series of classes will show you everything you need to know in order to get the most out of your Scan N Cut machine.

Once a month on a Saturday 10 – 11 $20 per class and kits are extra

Sewing Machine Secrets

OK, you’ve done it. You bought a new sewing machine, got one for Christmas or taken the one you bought 3 years ago out of its dusty box. Now what? What are all those buttons and levers? How do you turn this thing on? What do you do now? We want you to take some time to get to know your sewing machine. So, pull that thing out of its box and come and see us. We can set it up and help you to understand your sewing machine. Just ring to make a time.

Class Fee Policy:

  • Please contact us if you are unable to attend a class before commencement of the class,
  • We consider your enrolment to be a commitment by you to our teacher
  •  No stamps on discount cards for class fees.
  •  A $20 deposit is required to book your place prior to class.
  • Can I get a refund? Yes if the class is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, or if class numbers are insufficient. Deposit will not be refunded if you just change your mind or have a last minute clash. This is only because I commit to pay the teachers based on your commitment to me.
  • We have sewing machines for hire in workshops only and you will need to book if required. There is extra charge for their use.

Class Policy:

  • Please do not bring children or guests to class unless prior permission has been given.
  • Be sure to pick up the items you will need for the class prior to class so that you can be prepared with supplies
  • As a courtesy to others in your class we ask you to turn off your mobile phone while class is in progress.
  • Sewing Machines: All classes require that you bring your sewing machine, unless otherwise stated in the class instructions. Please ensure it is in good working order and has a new needle fitted. Also include your manual in your general sewing supplies.
